How to reach us
Use the request form. It asks for your name, a number to reach you on, the kind of damage and a few lines about what happened. An email address and photos are optional. The button above opens it, and so does the one at the top of every page.
This site does not have a phone number yet, so the request form is the way to reach us. If a number is added later, it will go to a voicemail box rather than to a person. A caller would hear a recorded greeting and could leave a message, and that message is recorded.

What to put in the request
A restorer prices a job from a handful of facts. The more of these you can give, the better the first conversation goes:
- Where the water came from, if you know: a supply line, the water heater, the roof, a drain, or water from outside.
- Which rooms and floors it reached, and whether it got under flooring or into a crawl space.
- Roughly how long things have been wet.
- Whether the source has stopped, or the main shutoff is closed.
- Whether you have already spoken to your insurer.
A photo of the worst area helps more than a long description. Take it only if you can do so safely, away from standing water near outlets and never under a sagging ceiling.
What happens after you send it
Your details go to a local restoration company serving Newport News, which contacts you using the details you gave. You talk the job through with that company and get its price before any work starts. Whether to go ahead is your decision alone.
The work itself covers the whole range: pumping and extracting water, drying the structure, cutting out what cannot be saved, mold remediation, sewage cleanup and fire and smoke damage.
