What this site does

Newport News Premier Water Damage is a website that passes restoration requests from homeowners to local restoration companies. It does not inspect houses, give estimates or carry out restoration work. By using the site or sending the request form, you accept these terms.

No charge and no obligation

Sending a request is free. It does not create a contract with anyone, and you are under no obligation to hire the company that receives it.

The work is between you and the company

Any inspection, estimate, contract and work is agreed directly between you and the restoration company. This website is not a party to that agreement. It does not guarantee a company's work, price, schedule or qualifications, and it is not responsible for them. Before you sign, ask for a written estimate and the company's Virginia contractor license number.

We cannot promise that every request will be taken up by a company.

What you agree to when you send a request

• The details you give are accurate, and they are yours or you have permission to share them.
• You own the property, or you are allowed to arrange work on it, or you tell the company that you are a tenant.
• You have the right to share any photos you attach.
• You will not use the form to send advertising, spam or anything unlawful.

The information on these pages

The pages explain restoration work, costs, insurance and flooding in general terms. They are not professional, legal or insurance advice, and your own house, policy and contractor may differ. Read your policy and speak to your insurer before relying on anything here. Links to other websites are provided for reference, and those sites are responsible for their own content.

Limits of responsibility

The site is provided as it is. To the extent Virginia law allows, we are not liable for any loss that comes from using it, from decisions made on the strength of its pages, or from the work or conduct of any company that receives a request.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Changes to these terms

These terms may change as the site changes. The date at the top shows the last update, and using the site after a change means you accept the new version.
